The Body Shop® difference: Our Community Trade partner, Timber Production, provides steady employment and a fair wage to over 230 employees in West Siberia, Russia. The company, along with trade supply chain partners, Kosikhinsky Forest and Pricebatch, helps the wider community by contributing to a social action fund. So far the fund has bought equipment for children with tuberculosis, funded a safe house for homeless children, supported a refugee center, and opened a medial center for babies with special needs. The fund also established a drug rehabilitation center and program, 'Life Without Drugs', that treats around 120 children each year.
