The olives used to make our Community Fair Trade organic olive oil are cultivated using traditional organic methods by the Nuovo Cilento Co-operative in southern Italy. The fruits are shaken from the trees and caught in nets to prevent bruising, then washed and cold-pressed to produce the virgin oil.
