How do I get a Love Your Body™ Club membership?
Simply purchase RM100 and above in a single receipt and you are eligible for the Love Your Body™ Club membership. Present your MyKad and we will process your membership immediately, it’s that easy!
Why do you need my MyKad?
MyKad is presented at point of membership registration and is to be inserted into a card reader to capture your Name, NRIC number, Address and Gender only – to be stored in our membership database. The MyKad reader can only access basic information, approved by the government from the chip. Your MyKad number will be your membership number.
How do I accumulate points for my Love Your Body™ Club membership?
Present your MyKad at every transaction to accumulate your points.
How do I obtain my RM15 rebate voucher?
Upon total accumulation of RM150 within 1 year, your RM15 rebate voucher will be printed on your receipt, valid on normal priced items only. The RM15 rebate voucher is valid for 30 days from date of issuance. Subsequent purchases accumulated up to 150 points thereafter will entitle the member to another RM15 rebate voucher.
When can I use the RM15 rebate voucher?
You can use it 3 days after receiving it as our system needs 3 days to update your point’s activities.
What are the conditions on the usage of the RM15 rebate voucher?
The voucher is applicable for purchases on normal priced items in a single receipt and valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
What happens to my points when I receive the RM15 rebate voucher?
When a RM15 rebate voucher is generated, 150 points will be deducted automatically from the member’s account and any excess points will be carried forward to the next cycle. Members may share the rebate voucher with family or friends. Points will not be reinstated for any unutilized or expired voucher.
Where can I check the expiry date of my Love Your Body™ Club membership and points accumulated?
You may check both the expiry date and points balance status at any of The Body Shop® stores in West Malaysia. Kindly present your MyKad to our product consultant for verification purposes. Your accumulated points balance is also shown on the receipt each time you make a purchase.
What if I forget to bring my MyKad?
Without your MyKad, we will not be able to accumulate points on your purchases or to honour any redemption.

Terms & Conditions
- Every time you spend at The Body Shop®, please present your original MyKad to the cashier prior to your purchase or redemption for verification purposes.
- Upon achieving total purchase of RM150 or more, you will be entitled to a RM15 rebate voucher applicable on your next purchase on normal priced items.
- RM15 rebate voucher is valid for 30 days from date of issuance and MUST be presented during next purchase to enjoy the rebate. Redemption only valid upon presentation of original voucher printed on your receipt. Points will be deducted based on the quantum of redemptions.
- Expired rebate voucher is not eligible for point reinstatement or extension of validity period.
- Love Your Body™ Club membership will be renewed automatically for free if member purchases a minimum of RM300 per annum and excess points will be carried forward to the subsequent year.
- Expired memberships can be re-activated by spending RM100 in a single receipt but all previous excess points will be forfeited.
- Please inform The Body Shop® management on any changes in your e-mail address or contact details.
- Valid at all The Body Shop® stores in West Malaysia except The Body Shop® KLIA Satellite Building store and Johor Premium Outlet.
- Love Your Body™ Club members shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed with the terms and conditions of The Body Shop® Love Your Body™ Club.
- Terms & conditions are determined by Rampai-Niaga Sdn. Bhd. and the company has the sole discretion to amend them without prior notice.
- This membership is non-transferable and it is the property of Rampai-Niaga Sdn.Bhd. (117711-H)
