Terms & Conditions

Order, Payment and Fulfilment

  1. The service is available for delivery at selected stores nationwide.
  2. This service is available from Monday - Sunday 11am - 7pm.
  3. Orders received before 6pm can be collected on the same day.
  4. Orders will be reserved until next day collection. Orders need to be collected by 7pm.
  5. Charges will be made on products that are available at the time of order.
  6. LYB vouchers can be applied.
  7. Full payment must be made upon collection of order.
  8. Orders can be picked-up directly from the selected store.
  9. Customers need to inform the store of the pick-up location in the mall, for collection via drive-through.

Exchange/Return Policy

  1. Customer can present the product(s) at The Body Shop store where the purchase is made, in case of exchange.
  2. Exchange of product(s) can only be made within 7 days of purchase.
  3. Exchange / Returned product(s) must be:
    – Accompanied with the original receipt.
    – In original unopened packaging, unmarked and properly packed.
  4. Any form of promotion / product voucher / discount voucher used on purchase is not returnable.
  5. Product(s) sold are not refundable.
  6. In case of discrepancy upon receiving of good(s), Customer must notify the respective store immediately.

CALL FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY

Terms & Conditions

Order, Delivery, Payment and Fulfilment

  1. The service is available for delivery at selected stores nationwide.
  2. This service is available from Monday - Sunday, 11am - 7pm.
  3. Orders paid before 5pm will be delivered on the same day
    Orders paid after 5pm will be delivered the next day.
  4. Delivery charges is applicable from our store to the receiver's address.
  5. Delivery will be made by The Body Shop's appointed delivery company.
  6. No points will be awarded for delivery charges.
  7. Charges will be made on products that are available at the time of order.
  8. LYB vouchers can be applied.
  9. Full payment must be made via online transfer/bank-in into Rampai Niaga's Sdn Bhd bank account (HSBC - 352-221287-101).
  10. Customer must provide the bank-in/transfer slip for verification.
  11. Product(s) purchased must not exceed a maximum weight of 10kg and maximum dimension of 36cm x 36cm x 36cm.
  12. Please expect a slight delay in delivery due to large volume of orders and/or bad weather.
  13. Customer is not allowed to change the delivery address, once the order and payment is made.
  14. Customer will receive a WhatsApp notification on the order delivery details once the product(s) are ready to be delivered.
  15. Customer must be available to receive the product(s) at the address provided.
  16. If the customer is not personally available to accept the delivery, a representative may accept the product(s) on behalf of the customer, provided the said representative is appointed by the customer to receive the delivery.
  17. Any discrepancy upon receiving the product(s) must be notified to our consultant immediately.
